We get access to “unsold” rooms in “4 Star Tripadvisor rated” hotels & resorts.

Hotels and resorts are rarely full – in fact, most have a 70% occupancy rate (remember Airbnb has significantly impacted the hotel industry!).

But of course, they’re always open with fixed costs for wages, electricity, air conditioning, cleaning & so forth.

2. There are nightly “booking & service fees” for all resorts , which is a travel industry standard.
